研究方向:

表观遗传机制通过改变染色质的结构促进或抑制基因转录,从而精细调控真核生物的生长发育、形态建成以及抗逆应答等多种生理过程。利用表观遗传调控,可增强农作物的抗逆性(如抗旱、抗高温、抗病虫害)并优化其生长周期(如调整开花时间),从而实现产量提升和品质改良的双重目标。本课题组聚焦“表观遗传如何调控植物环境适应性”这一核心科学问题,以禾本科作物水稻和早熟禾亚科模式植物二穗短柄草为研究对象,综合利用遗传学、生物信息学、生物化学及分子生物学等手段,重点研究:(1)表观遗传调控植物生物与非生物胁迫多重抗性的分子机制;(2)光周期调控植物株高的遗传与表观遗传机制,为培育多重抗性及高适应性作物新品种提供理论支撑。

个人简介:

2017年获复旦大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位;2017-2019年在复旦大学从事博士后研究;2019-2024年在美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校从事博士后研究,师从美国科学院院士Richard Amasino教授;20248月起入职betway必威西汉姆联官方网站担任青年研究员、博士生导师。在Nature CommunicationsPlant CellPNASCell ReportsScience China Life SciencesCurrent Opinion in Plant BiologyNew PhytologistPlant Physiology等期刊以第一或通讯作者(含共同)身份发表多篇论文,入选2024年上海市白玉兰人才计划。
